FRANCES MYERS
Frances Myers is a visual artist who works in printmaking, installation, and video. She is a professor of art at the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she has received an H.I. Romnes Grant and a Kellett Mid-Career Award. She has also received two National Endowment for the Arts National Fellowships. She has chaired and participated in many print panels and symposiums. In 2006 she co-chaired the Southern Graphics Council Conference at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Her work has been exhibited over the last 25 years from Germany to New York, Washington and Chicago. Her work is represented in many museum collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York, The Museum of fine Arts, Boston, the Fogg Art Museum at Harvard, and the National Museum of American Art in Washington, DC. She is a Fellow of the National Academy of Art in New York City.
